MICROBIOLOGY SAMPLES

ADARA MICROBIOLOGY SAMPLES

The Microbiology and Biological Specimens Collection of the ADARA Institute preserves histopathological, botanical, and biological samples as part of its Scientific Heritage Conservation Department. Each specimen is curated as a documented scientific record, ensuring traceability, integrity, and long-term preservation. Histological and pathological slides are conserved for reference, comparative studies, and educational use. Botanical and biological specimens are maintained following standardized biocollection and herbarium protocols. All materials are catalogued with detailed metadata on provenance, preparation, and conservation conditions. Controlled environments and archival-grade storage guarantee long-term stability and scientific reliability. This collection serves as a permanent resource for research, education, and institutional collaboration.

CERVICAL CANCER (Squamous cell carcinoma)

Sample: Cervical Cancer · Description: Squamous cell carcinoma showing invasive malignant epithelial proliferation with disrupted tissue architecture, marked cellular atypia, and stromal infiltration, consistent with an aggressive neoplastic process of cervical origin.

FOCAL NODULAR HEPATIC CIRRHOSIS

Sample: Hepatic cirrhosis · Description: Focal nodular characterized by regenerative hepatocellular nodules separated by broad fibrous septa, with marked distortion of normal liver architecture consistent with advanced chronic liver disease.

GASTRIC ADENOCARCINOMA

Sample: Gastric adenocarcinoma · Description: Showing disorganized glandular structures infiltrating the tissue, with marked cellular atypia and irregular luminal formation, consistent with a malignant epithelial tumor of gastric origin.

HODGKIN LIMPHOMA

Sample: Hodgkin limphoma · Description: Cells desease characterized by a mixed inflammatory cellular background with disrupted tissue architecture, consistent with a malignant lymphoid neoplasm of Hodgkin type.

KIDNEY ADENOCARCINOMA

Sample: Kidney adenocarcinoma · Description: Characterized by irregular glandular formations and invasive growth within the renal parenchyma, with prominent hemorrhagic areas and marked disruption of normal tissue architecture.

CANCER OF PROSTATE

Sample: Cancer of prostate · Description: showing infiltrative malignant epithelial growth with dense cellular proliferation, disruption of normal glandular architecture, and extension into surrounding stromal tissue, consistent with an invasive prostatic neoplasm.

SPINAL GANGLIA

Sample: Spinal ganglia · Description: Section showing large neuronal cell bodies with prominent nuclei and nucleoli, surrounded by satellite glial cells and interspersed nerve fibers, consistent with normal sensory ganglion histological architecture.

PANCREAS

Sample: Pancreas · Description: Section showing lobulated exocrine acini with densely packed serous cells, separated by connective tissue septa, consistent with normal pancreatic histological architecture.

HUMAN SPERMS

Sample: Human sperms · Description: showing oval heads with condensed nuclei and long flagella, characteristic of normal spermatozoa morphology adapted for motility and fertilization.
